Role Overview

The Senior Franchise Business Coach (SFBC) is a strategic partner to our franchise network, responsible for guiding operators toward operational excellence, strong unit economics, and consistent brand standards. This role coaches franchisees directly on profitability, operations, and performance—translating data, best practices, and brand strategy into actionable plans.

This is a full-time, remote role ideal for a high-caliber franchising professional who excels at coaching owners, improving financial performance, and strengthening operational systems across multiple locations.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

-Franchisee Coaching & Profitability Support

  • Serve as the primary coach for a portfolio of franchise partners.
  • Provide direct coaching on financial performance, including revenue drivers, labor optimization, COGS management, membership growth, and P&L interpretation.
  • Conduct recurring business reviews focused on unit economics, KPI analysis, and operational opportunities.
  • Support owners in developing action plans that improve margins, efficiency, and scalability.

 

-Operational Excellence

  • Ensure franchisees follow goGLOW’s operating procedures, service standards, and brand experience expectations.
  • Coach operators on strengthening the client experience, staff scheduling, retail attachment, new guest flow, and membership conversion.
  • Identify operational gaps and guide owners and GMs on correcting them quickly and effectively.
  • Support locations through the first 90 days post-opening and advise on systems as they mature.

 

-Performance Monitoring & Data Insights

  • Review dashboards, KPIs,  daily reports, and financial data to identify performance trends.
  • Provide franchisees with clear recommendations based on unit-level data and brand benchmarks.
  • Track progress on corrective actions and maintain visibility into franchisee performance health.
  • Partner with HQ finance and data teams to improve reporting and performance tools.

 

-Training & Development

  • Reinforce goGLOW training modules and support ongoing coaching for owners, managers, and spray techs.
  • Provide feedback to HQ on training gaps or opportunities.
  • Support rollouts for new systems, SOPs, membership structures, and operational enhancements.

 

-Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Training, Operations, Finance, and Support to ensure franchisee alignment.
  • Bring real-time field insights into HQ discussions and system improvements.
  • Participate in brand-wide initiatives such as pilot programs, beta tests, and new opening processes.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of direct experience coaching franchisees or multi-unit operators.
  • Strong background in franchise profitability coaching, financial management, and interpreting P&Ls.
  • Proven ability to diagnose operational issues, implement solutions, and drive measurable improvement.
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, fitness, or a service-based retail environment preferred.
  • Exceptional communicator with a strong balance of accountability, empathy, and leadership presence.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and confident managing multiple operators at once.
  • Willingness to travel for store visits, openings, or strategic brand events as needed.
