Role Overview
The Marketing Franchise Business Coach at goGLOW is responsible for driving consistent, measurable revenue growth across franchise locations through disciplined marketing execution, franchisee coaching and performance accountability.
This role is equal parts strategist, coach and operator. You will work directly with franchise owners to ensure marketing plans are not only created, but executed, optimized and tied to business results. Success in this role comes from improving local marketing performance, lowering acquisition costs, increasing bookings and helping locations convert traffic into members, product sales and long-term revenue.

Core Responsibilities
Franchisee Coaching & Accountability
- Lead weekly or bi-weekly coaching calls focused on marketing performance
- Identify gaps quickly and prescribe clear action steps
- Hold franchisees accountable to execution, not intentions
- Serve as the main marketing support contact for assigned locations
- Escalate ongoing performance issues to the Senior Franchise Business Coach
Local Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Support franchisees with local marketing plans tied to revenue goals
- Guide execution of community partnerships, events, referral programs, influencer activations and promotional campaigns
- Help franchisees prioritize the right channels and budget allocation
- Ensure use of goGLOW-approved marketing playbooks, templates and campaigns
Paid Media & Funnel Optimization
- Audit and guide local Meta and Google campaign performance
- Partner with external media vendors to improve CAC, CPL, ROAS and booking volume
- Help franchisees understand what is working, what is not and where to shift spend
- Improve lead response speed, booking rates, in-studio conversion and membership sales
Grand Opening & Presale Support
- Support presale marketing strategy and execution
- Coach franchisees through grand opening marketing plans
- Help locations build early demand, drive founding memberships and hit opening goals
- Travel as needed for grand openings and key franchisee support moments
Performance Tracking & Scorecards
- Track KPIs across assigned locations
- Maintain marketing scorecards and dashboards
- Identify top performers and underperforming locations quickly
- Lead performance reviews with clear action plans
Brand & Campaign Execution
- Ensure local marketing aligns with goGLOW brand standards
- Support rollout of national promotions and system-wide campaigns
- Provide field feedback to corporate marketing, operations and training teams
- Help systemize winning strategies across presale and open locations
Required Experience
- 3 to 7+ years in marketing, growth, franchise support or business coaching
- Direct franchise or multi-location experience required
- Experience coaching franchisees, owners, operators or general managers
- Strong understanding of paid media, local marketing, CRM, lead funnels and conversion
- Ability to translate data into clear action
- Comfortable balancing support with accountability
- Strong communication, organization and follow-through
- Ability to travel for grand openings, market visits and key events as needed
