We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team and play a key role in driving growth across our franchise network.

Position Overview

The Director of Marketing will own the full marketing strategy for goGLOW’s franchise network, driving customer acquisition, boosting brand visibility, and scaling our footprint across the U.S. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends strategic leadership with tactical execution, vendor management, and franchise partner support. You’ll shape the voice of goGLOW and build out campaigns that connect, convert, and keep our community glowing.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth Marketing
  • Develop and execute a performance-driven marketing strategy that accelerates customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across all goGLOW locations.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing with company growth goals and franchise expansion plans.
  • Identify, manage, and negotiate with best-in-class vendors and agency partners to support paid media, content production, local marketing, and CRM efforts.
  • Lead and grow a high-impact marketing function that balances national brand campaigns with local relevance.
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
  • Own and optimize goGLOW’s CRM strategy to deliver personalized, data-driven communications across the customer journey—from first touch through repeat visits and re-engagement.
  • Leverage CRM to drive automated nurture flows, segmented promotions, and loyalty campaigns that increase customer retention and revenue per client.
  • Work closely with tech and operations teams to ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms, booking systems, and customer databases.
  • Continuously analyze CRM performance metrics and use insights to improve customer experience and marketing effectiveness.
Brand Development & Storytelling
  • Own the brand narrative and ensure consistency across all touchpoints—from digital to in-studio experiences.
  • Champion the goGLOW voice and visual identity to ensure messaging resonates with both new and loyal clients.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and consumer behavior to inform brand evolution and innovation.
Campaign Management & Digital Execution
  • Launch and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across paid social, search, email, SMS, influencer, and PR channels.
  • Oversee all digital content and creative to ensure brand alignment and high engagement.
  • Track campaign performance and make data-backed decisions to continuously refine strategy and boost ROI.
  • Drive full-funnel strategies that convert new prospects and deepen relationships with existing clients.
Franchise Support & Local Activation
  • Serve as a trusted partner to franchisees—providing turnkey campaigns, toolkits, and ongoing support to drive local visibility and sales.
  • Deliver franchise onboarding, training, and guidance on how to leverage national programs at the local level.
  • Build scalable systems and processes for local marketing execution that maintain brand integrity.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Define and report on KPIs related to marketing performance, CAC, retention, and revenue impact.
  • Leverage insights and data dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with finance and operations teams to forecast impact and manage budget across paid and owned media.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role within a franchise or multi-location consumer brand.
  • Proven success leading customer acquisition strategies and executing full-funnel campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Experience managing CRM systems and designing customer journeys that drive engagement, frequency, and retention.
  • Strong track record managing marketing vendors, agencies, and creative partners.
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
