Position Overview
The New Store Openings Project Coordinator will play a key role in bringing goGLOW studios to life across the country. This individual will serve as the central project coordinator for all new studio launches, supporting franchise partners and internal teams to ensure successful, timely, and on-brand openings. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring exceptional organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end project timelines for new studio openings from site selection, construction handoff to grand opening, ensuring all milestones are completed on time and in accordance with system standards
- Franchise Partner Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise partners during the pre-opening phase, guiding them through each stage of the opening process and ensuring alignment with goGLOW brand standards.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Marketing, Operations, Training, Product, and Sales teams to align deliverables, schedules, and launch assets needed for each studio opening.
- Pre-Opening Readiness: Coordinate launch playbooks, training timelines, inventory delivery, staffing schedules, system setup, and pre-sale execution.
- Launch Execution: Facilitate the execution of go-to-market strategies, including soft openings, VIP events, and community activations. Support grand opening performance tracking and post-launch wrap-ups.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years experience in project coordination, retail operations, franchise support, or business openings (beauty, wellness, fitness, or hospitality experience preferred)
- Proven track record of managing complex timelines and stakeholder relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills; thrives in deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with travel (up to 25%) for on-site openings and franchise support
- Self-starter with a passion for empowering others and elevating customer experiences
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Monday.com
